1. How long does it take?
Due to increased production needs, repair turnaround is about 3 weeks.
We always try our best to get your unit back to you as soon as
possible. Below are some of the factors that can lengthen the amount of
time it takes to get a dryer back to you.
- We have UPS ground to and from which will be roughly 6 days.
- Holiday breaks.
- Your location matters for shipping time.
- Making or missing the UPS cut-offs can add time.
- How fast you respond to our estimate makes a big difference.
- Where we fall during the week also can add time since we do not currently work on K9 dryer repairs on the weekends.
2. If I refuse to accept the fees to fix my unit then what?
We can ship your unit back to you, recycle your unit or apply a $25 discount on a dryer of your choice.
3. You shipped my unit back without my permission or fixing it. Why?
Over the last 30 days, we really tried hard to reach you by phone, email, and text but couldn't so we had to ship your unit back to you. I hope you understand we do not have enough space to hold units indefinitely.
Warranty is not applicable.
